Just wanted to come on here and give a piece of advice to any bloke looking to get their PE fixed i have been in treatment for about 4 months now, i have another 2 months to go but i am completely recovered like brand new i never thought this was even possible and I'm so thankful to everyone at Vityl including Rudy all the medical professionals everyone thank you for saving my life
I have been requesting a receipt for a medical claim for over two months, but have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. The lack of communication and follow-up is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the service standards.
Vityl was excellent every step of the way. The difficulties and hurdles were with DVA. My process needed prior GP D904 or similar approvals for DVA. Vityl now has the corrected process to ensure an entire smooth seamless process.
This predatory organisation took $2000 from a vulnerable elderly gentleman. Initial conversation with him would have made it very clear that he does not have the capacity to consent due to very complex medical history. I have been working with him to try and get a refund. Our initial email asking to cancel services and refund him was replied to saying that services were cancelled and that the accounts department would be in touch. That was over a month ago.
