I paid a deposit of $535 after being clearly informed that it was fully refundable if I was found not eligible for treatment. I relied on that assurance when making the payment. Later, I was informed that I was not eligible for the treatment. Based on what was originally promised, I requested a full refund. Terrible people. All they just want your money nothing else. I spoke to this rehabilitation manager she is so arrogant not even like to listen to the patient. I as a first time patient haves much to ask because its something to do with medicines obviously you wanted to find out about the procedure and any possible side effects. She felt offended while asking some question, then I realise they just want your money nothing else. Dont waste your time and money . Super disaster people.
If I could give ZERO STARS I would! When I initially signed up I received limited services, which includes appointments made sporadically, constant rescheduling of meetings and brief 5 minute check-ins once a month. When I tried to cancel they offered me an extra 3 month subscription. When I went to cancel the subscription at the end of the year (not including the 3 months) I have not been able to get through to anyone from the billing team.
