Terrible company, consistantly over charges. Even tho i am on auto fill, i've had to call and remind them to fill my tank over a 1/2 dozen times. I have run out of fuel in the middle of winter because of this company. Never use this company at all costs.

Vitus has saved the day not once but twice! We ran out of fuel on New Years Day, and at another property on a Sunday. They where quick, professional, and easy to work with. I cant recommend them enough.

I ordered 100 gallons. The driver accidentally went over 70 gallons. And he told me if I didn't hear from them, don't worry bc it was his mistake. Then months later they tried withdrawing fm my acct but my card # changed since then. I have been unemployed for health reasons then again they went to my acct. This time they took it from my Energy Assistance I applied for! Any other place I believe would have not collected as they were at fault. Not Vitus. So I'd think twice about ordering fm them. 🤔

Worst service ever experienced. Six months ago we signed up for routine recurring delivery and still had to call every month to get deliveries. And now we requested to cancel and they won’t send us the paperwork to cancel. Don’t waste your time with this company!
