Prices are ridiculous. I called and filled put the paperwork. The lady, Lisa Chambers, called me and said they needed to take the money BEFORE they would deliver. I said well, I don't quite have it now & I don't need fuel yet. She said she would HOLD MY APPLICATION OUT and not send it for the delivery guys and to call her when I had the money for the fuel and when I needed fuel delivered. I said great thanks. Terrible company, consistantly over charges. Even tho i am on auto fill, i've had to call and remind them to fill my tank over a 1/2 dozen times. I have run out of fuel in the middle of winter because of this company. Never use this company at all costs.

Vitus has saved the day not once but twice! We ran out of fuel on New Years Day, and at another property on a Sunday. They where quick, professional, and easy to work with. I cant recommend them enough.

I ordered 100 gallons. The driver accidentally went over 70 gallons. And he told me if I didn't hear from them, don't worry bc it was his mistake. Then months later they tried withdrawing fm my acct but my card # changed since then. I have been unemployed for health reasons then again they went to my acct. This time they took it from my Energy Assistance I applied for! Any other place I believe would have not collected as they were at fault. Not Vitus. So I'd think twice about ordering fm them. 🤔
