Was going to get me and my two daughters hair done. If your a stranger to this town then your money means nothing to them. We was treated so disrespectful both my 7 and 12 yr old was ready to leave before our hair was done. Very unprofessional. My 12 yr. Old and me are taking our money else where. Very sorry my 7 yr. Old baby had to have such an unfortunate time with her hair being done. I'll give her the best experience next time with caring and professional people.
I called to see if they had an opening, they answer the phone with hello, and then continued a conversation with some one else while I was speaking. I couldn't hear her response, so I asked her to repeat it and she screams at me. I say thank you anyway (because they didn't have an opening) and she just hangs up on me. You may be the only salon in town, but that doesn't mean you treat possible customers terribly. My first time there Made an appointment for Jan 18th 2025 @ 11:30 I got here about 11:15 nobody was at the front desk I called the salon 4x while in the front no one was in the building I don’t think. If they went to lunch lock the front door or have a sign up. Ended up waiting 30 minutes with nobody there so I got up and left and went to legendary Cuts absolutely ridiculous. I’d rate half a star if I could! Do better people. Will not go back word of mouth will make you or break you in the business world.
