We were from out of town and on wed night before the wedding the suit jacket didnt fit. One call to them thurs am and it was taken care of. They over nighted a new jacket and vest in without a question or a charge!!! Was so happy to have my husband look great in the wedding and not having to worry. You guys went above and beyond in my eyes and I work in customer service business!! You got my referrals and business.

Was never called when my tux was in, I just showed up out of frustration. Pants were measured and ordered too short, was told they were "just right" by the shop. The entire party had something wrong with either sizing or their shoes. The rental shoes are horrible and the soles were peeling off the shoe. Glue had obviously been used in the past when the shoes should have been replaced. Shop management does not seem up to speed with tux rentals. Will be going elsewhere in the future.

My shoes were falling apart throughout the night as well. No one called (like they said they would) when the tux was ready. Little bit pricey for one day too. I will not go to you guys again because it was an over all bad experience.
