For those who have EVs - do not consider this building at all , either to purchase nor to rent. This building has only 2 EV charging stations right inside 2nd gate in P1 ( even about 6 EV signs around ) but those 2 spots have already been reserved by specific residents and no EV charging station available for general residents at all.
