They don't like money and they don't like helping customer who need help with commercial refrigeration. The customer service doesn't exist.
Horrible people who will literally steal from you. Stay far away from this place!
Strongly advise not to use this company no matter how desperate you are. Communication with customer is non existent. To assume that when THEY give you date when the technician will come apparently is not their practice all they do is add you to THE LIST and when they get to your name they will show up. No call just show up even if it’s 3 days later. Charged for 1.5 hours of work when technician spent not even 30 minutes and that still didn’t solve the issue. I had to call another company to come out and fix the problem.
