I bought a kgun disks mower about a month ago; had a flatbed tire and noticed that bolts that hold tire in place didn't come out easily, like they're suppose to. I requested replacement bouts and was given a price; I was told that I dameged them; where's the warranty? I encountered a confrontational experience.
I took my Kawasaki mule to Vitters for 50 hr multi-point inspection and engine drive train service. When I picked it up after service and payment I asked man at service/parts desk if the multi-point inspection was performed and his reply was “well there wasn’t nothing hanging off of it!” I loaded it and while strapping it to my trailer I noticed a rubber breather hose was left disconnected. Couldn’t have been well inspected if they sent it out of the shop like that!
