I've worked with Leslie for both my parents funeral services. Planning or pre-planning for these things are never fun or enjoyable for anyone but Leslie is understanding, easy to work with, and very commutative. Easily answers emails/questions. Funeral home is nice, clean, and spacious.

My mother died in June 2024. I worked with Dave at the Delhi location. He neither offered his condolences or showed any empathy as we planned her funeral. I told my dad that he had a very "car salesman" mentality and he agreed. I was told that the bill would be sent out at the end of the month but I received a statement for payment in July 2024. My siblings promised to pay, as I paid her cemetery fees, but reneged due to family drama. During this time, I did not receive any other correspondence from the funeral home: not a l... read more
I could not have been more impressed by the service provided by this funeral home. We worked with Leslie and she went above and beyond. Answered every one of our calls with an hour or two, never made us feel like we were a burden with all of our questions, picked up the urn from the cemetery for us, order jewelry for me, and everything. They were not pushy at all about payment, and anyone who wanted to be involved could be. The funeral home is also beautiful.
