Update: July 2025 - blower motor went out and Vitt had someone over the next day. The tech Jamie was incredibly friendly diagnosing the issue within minutes, providing a quote and getting to a new install. Incredibly fun and friendly as we were admittedly sweating it out with the heat. Have always used Vitt and will continue to for our needs. Jamie did a great job explaining what he was doing and knowledgeable in his field. Carly that girl makes me laugh every time I talk to her very nice.
Vitt send Cole to inspect and clean my AC. He was very professional, yet friendly and pleasant. My dog liked him. I assume he did a good job because my AC still works, though I lack the expertise that would be needed to meaningfully comment on competence. I was scheduled quickly. Very good.
