Had to cancel the appointment because they no-showed. Was scheduled between 8am-noon. 120pm arrives without being contacted saying they were running behind. If they don’t value my time, I don’t value theirs. This was for a quote on a 4 ton ac/furnace. Daikin bids were coming in around $19k.

Crazy that my first impression is their old white guy with a long beard almost running people off the highway because his ego is too big. I didn’t know company cars were allowed to do 90 on any interstate. Love it at least I know it would be a speedy arrival if I ever need you all. Y’all should do better on who you allow in company vehicles. See if he remembers a red dodge grand caravan.

Jamal was absolutely fantastic. He was thorough and made sure everything was up to date. He also loved my puppies which is always a win in my book!
