Highly unprofessional, they will take +6 months process and send you a bill, when you have no idea what the charge is about. Yet they expect the payment to happen within two weeks, of when they send the bill out.
I went for a covid test for travel and it was fast and easy. Also, it’s a saliva test vs. nasal which is great! Very friendly staff.
