I just used their services for a broken shower door for my apartment in Manhattan midtown. From scheduling the appointment to the actual repair, all the people were so professional and courtesy and most importantly realigned the shower door and replaced the sealant in a timely manner. Even with missing paperwork not received by the building, which was my fault, the technician waited for it to be resolved, and I was not charged any extra fees. I called in the late morning for this company to cut a mirror to very exacting measurements. They gave me a price which was approximately 25% less than their competitor. I picked up my mirror the same day in the early afternoon and it was as perfect as I had hoped. Very friendly and professional.
This shop is awesome! The owner lady and her sons were friendly .polite and effective with what I needed. They made a new mirror for the door of my closet that the cleaning lady broke with the vacuum by mistake. Everything goes fast ,smooth and with the best prices in the market. Thank you Xenia.
