Mauvaise expérience au téléphone Lorsque l’employé répond, je ne suis pas certaine d’être au bon endroit puisqu’il me parle uniquement en anglais… Il me demande de parler anglais et dit qu’il n’y a pas de collègue francophone disponible pour me répondre présentement. J’insiste pour parler en français et l’employé prend mon numéro de téléphone en note pour qu’une autre personne me rappelle plus tard.
Avoid! These guys have no idea what they are doing. Simple window replacement turned out into camera module damage (cost of $3000+), endless appointments and 3 month without a car. No compensation, no excuses. They just damaged the car. Worst expirience ever.
