Horrible pre-sale. Left a voice-mail and they never returned my call. Then I've sent them an email with a picture and explanation of the work needed, with no reply again. If they are that irresponsible/irrespectful on the pre-sale, I can't imagine how it will be the post-sale...
Unfortunately, they do not care about residential customers. I've been trying to get a quote & work completed for over 6 weeks. I waited 2 weeks just for the tech to come to my house for the visit and then waited a 1 week for the 1st quote - unfortunately that quote was incorrect and missing information. La pire compagnie à Gatineau, ils ne finissent pas leur job et ils veulent que tu payes ta facture. Ils font la job très mal et à moitié. Ils ont fracasser ma deuxième vitrine en réparant le premier et ils ne veulent pas être tenu responsable. Leurs techniciens ce sont des scammers faites attention ils ne savent pas ce qu'ils font et ils n'ont aucun respect pour la clientèle.
