Replaced my thermos glass on window, they scratched my wood floor, they did not protect floor area. Once installed sent them an email, left a telephone message saying it's urgent. Over a week later I still didn't receive any response. Customer service is inadequate for sure. Reliability very much in question. At your own risk and peril
