Some excellent Physicians and very high tech, but still, it is a mill. The support staff is largely annoyed and unresponsive to patients. They always seem 'put out' by patients needs. They did the wrong test on me and I had to go back another day to do the right one. They never contacted me or sent the results to my opthalmologist. Had to call MANY times just to get results. 5 mos of leaving messages and "we'll get back to you.."
Brilliant ophthalmologist. Gentle, kind, and reassuring.
