While they are professional and experienced, if you plan on seeing a doctor here, just expect to be in the office for 2+ hours. Extremely slow service every time we go. They overbook and your appointment time will never be accurate. We sometimes are there for 3 hours just waiting to see the doctor.
Excellent experience! Had to check in at the front desk, and then only waited a few minutes. Went to two exam rooms to takes tests and pictures; never waiting for more than a few minutes. Then met with Dr. Englebert, and we went over the results in terminology that I can understand. He was great! Everyone that I worked with from when I walked in was courteous and professional. What a nice change from a typical doctor’s office!!
