The check-in girl is snippy. Like to jab you with little comments between sentences. Also, my mom has early dementia, but due to "covid" restrictions she's in the waiting room by herself. Due to overbooking, she keeps coming out into lobby confused and needing the bathroom. Almost two hours waiting to be seen, despite arriving early. When asked how long and what's happening, more arrogant and condescending answers. Unbelievably poor bedside manner. I have been a patient for two months and besides my most recent visit have been appalled at how rude the staff there is. At my last visit my doctor recommended surgery and a tentative date however neglected to tell me that I need a pre-op physical and a 1 day post op visit. I work for a living and need to know these things so I can schedule accordingly. Luckily I called with a question and was told this by the person I spoke with.
