While there was a bit of waiting at first and between intake, eye tests, and seeing Dr. Ryan. All of the staff were very helpful in explaining everything, and their care was very professional. Total time for the visit was about 90 minutes.
A couple of the desk staff and schedulers (the younger blonde-haired lady who works the front desk, and an older lady with gray wavy hair wearing glasses who works in the back for scheduling) are unfriendly and borderline racist. I'm a bilingual independent contractor that works with patients who can't speak English needing my service as a medical interpreter. Two times (two!!!) the front desk lady, the younger blonde-haired one, accused me of billing VitreoRetinal and wouldn't sign my billing papers after I had finished my ... read more
Front Desk staffs are really nice and helpful, however the waiting takes too long. You'll have to wait about 45-50 minutes just to see your Doctor after being screen and check-in.
