Referred by Dr Sarah Kennedy. Made an appointment over a month ago with Dr. Siva Iyer at VRA. Arrived at appt and was informed the scheduling dept canceled my appointment because they couldn’t get a hold of me to verify my insurance. She said they called several times. In the entire month No one ever tried to contact me, via phone, email or even snail mail. THEY recorded my phone number incorrectly. I have been a patient of Dr.Parrott for 18 months. With monthly visits at both locations, Lake city and Gainesville. At all visits the staff and physicians tre a t me with professionalism and kindness. The experience leaves me feeling as though my eyes are in the best care posable.
Loved that Dr. H explained about my problem. All Doctors should do same it would save problems. The office staff is great.
