Delivery showed up almost a week late and customer service is all attitude, like they're doing you a favor.
Terrible service. Too lazy to wait to drop off a pallet in the correct place and just left it where he wanted.

Tracking says it is delivered. Customer says they haven't received. Further checking shows Vitran dropped it off with another carrier but marks the load delivered. Confusing everyone involved. Do not use this company
