I had a terrible experience with this company’s delivery service. The website showed delivery on Monday, so I arranged my schedule accordingly. After calling twice, I asked to be delivered Wednesday. But they delivered on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday, I received another call saying it would actually be Thursday or Friday. I have to make work arrangements and drive 2 hours to pick up the order, and each delay has caused me a lot of stress and wasted time. I would be remiss to review this company, which is why it's getting one star, because google won't let me give them zero. Utterly useless company. The ineptitude of their customer service, their dispatch, their entire company, is baffling. I'm forced to use them because they fall under the same umbrella of companies as Kindersley Transport, and ever since their merger it has been nothing but headaches. I would warn anyone from ever using this company. I hope they are ashamed of themselves.

Not sure how this company manages to get anything shipped. Every one of their BOL's has messed up adresses and phone numbers. I assume they take the information down over the phone but something gets in the way of proper communication? Its not very accurate, the shipping documents.
