Not sure how this company manages to get anything shipped. Every one of their BOL's has messed up adresses and phone numbers. I assume they take the information down over the phone but something gets in the way of proper communication? Its not very accurate, the shipping documents.
Horrible service!!!! Lead time is a joke to them!! Our shipment was suppose to arrive on monday. Its thursday and the shipment is still in transit. They have zero accountability!!! Plus their customer service team is so amazing, I mean being totally clueless is also a skill ♂️
Terrible service — they don’t even deserve one star. I called repeatedly, but customer service kept making false promises and passing me off to someone else each time. Leadtime is a joke.
