I wish I read the reviews before scheduling with them. We asked for pick up at the time convenient for Vitran. They selected 2 hour window between 11 AM and 1 PM which we agreed. Nobody arrived during that time and we contacted operator to inquire when the pick up will happen at about 1:10 PM. Operator (name Manuel) notified me that he does not have drivers there at the time and that the driver will be later may be at 2-3-4 or 5PM.
