Lisa Mayo is the best person to deal with! We were having some issues with an accounts receivable invoice from Toronto. There was a mistake on the original invoice, and the revised amount ended up being more than double the original price. Top notch staff and warehouse team.
Poorly run company. They accepted a freight order and only afterward said they could not deliver because the shipment was too large or heavy. That is a basic suitability check that should happen before taking the job. Communication was poor and the handling of the issue showed a lack of planning and accountability. Not dependable.
