I called them and placed an order and they called me by name and told me 30 mins and when I showed up they tried to say I never placed an order! And this was the second time we’ve had a problem with them. They have major issues of a more serious nature!!! But if truly a family owned business they should or would treat their new customers just moving into the neighborhood a little bit better instead of yelling at them and hanging up on them! Everything was delicious and very hot when I received my delivery. The Vito's salad is just amazing I was surprised though how small it has gotten. I wanted more.
I ordered my pizza at 7pm still hasn't come the manager is rude and gives me some bullshit
The lady that waited on me was VERY helpful, friendly, professional……………& deserves a raise as far as I’m concerned! ALL the employees were great! I was there on 2/11/25 around 8:30-9 pm. (I say give them all a raise)
