By far the best Italian restaurant in North East Florida for atmosphere, customer service, value and food!!
Unfortunately I can only comment on service. We received water in a timely manner, but we were never greeted or seen by a bartender or wait staff after another 15+ minutes. We had enough time to read every section at the menu and discuss appetizers while enjoying that water. Two bar keepers never made eye contact as they went to another table, several empty tables in the bar area and just thought wow not even, "Hi, we'll be right with you"...so we left. Picassos was great.
