Overall, I felt their focus is on delivering a heating system with impressive energy efficiency rather than delivering a heating system that fits with the house (e.g. the locations of components were initially proposed based on performance rather than using the space in the way in which we wanted to use it) and providing a good customer experience. VitoEnergy carried out a gas boiler replacement for us in August 2023. The install, over 3 days, went well (apart from a minor issue of excess filler stuck to the new boiler flue which is an eyesore that I am unable to remove) with the engineers happily carrying out a modification to the gas supply pipe at my request that was not directly associated with the boiler change. I would just like to thank Vito for a great job. They have a tight team of friendly, helpful staff. Adam did a thorough job on our heat loss survey an was always a helpful point of contact. We only proceeded as far as sales discussion with Rob Webster regarding an Air Source Heat Pump and a new wet system for radiators or underfloor heating. Rob was patient, helpful, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Ultimately VitoEnergy were not the installer we chose to proceed with, however they compared very favourably to about three-quarters of those we contacted in terms of both quality and price (and we only contacted the cream of the crop).
