This car dealership is a joke. They sold my son a truck with a cracked transfer case and you can’t find one to replace it. Found out 1 week after warranty expired but didn’t even put 500 miles on it at that point. He was just starting out and we went to the owner and he basically laughed in his face. Now mind you my son just graduated school when he got this and was just starting out. He has been working since 16 and still is. He paid $11000.00 for a truck that he can’t even drive. Recommendedthis was the best car buying experience for me from a dealership ever ! I did not have to talk to 3 or 4 different levels of sales people, I offered a price on a car I was interested in and told them what my payments needed to be and they met that challenge. Hector was my salesman, and I have never met a more polite and non-pressuring salesman ever in all of my years buying cars, he was great to work with and made the experience totally stress free. I went up to Vito Rinaldi today for the prize flyer that they sent out they told me I won a smartwatch but unfortunately they were all out of supplies they didn't offer me nothing else or anyting what a joke
Worst experience of my life. Their salesmen Steve was very clueless, and was very pushy. Not to mention my 2014 Silverado has given me nothing but trouble. Avoid this place.. they sell lemons. I've since taken my business to Hamburg.
