Food was genuinely good 👍🍝 — we enjoyed the meal. But the service was disappointing 😕 and made us feel unwelcome. The worst part: when we went to order dessert 🍰, we were told to wrap up in 10 minutes ⏱️ because the next reservation was coming. If there’s a time limit, say it upfront — don’t rush people at dessert 🙅♂️. Left feeling stressed 😣 instead of satisfied 😞.
We entered this warm and fragrant restaurant with high hopes but were immediately confronted with a noisy boisterous group of children laughing, yelling and running through the dining area. No manager was in evidence though we asked for one. The parents were defiant and unrepentant. It certainly should not be the job of the staff to correct boorish behavior but preserving a nice atmosphere for all patrons should be part of offering fine dining.
