Couldn’t be happier with our Vito Filter. We use it for both sunflower oil and beef tallow and we’ve been able to save nearly 50% on costs and have also saved so much on labor through time savings. We’re a small restaurant so we wouldn’t have space for a larger filter but after using one of these I can’t imagine it gets any better. Wish I purchased one years ago.

The best product and easy to use
The best product and easy to use
Works great. Does a great job filtering the oil and helping keep the fryers clean, in-turn, the quality and life of the oil is prolonged and the flavor of the food is maintained. Only complaint, and it's a relatively big one, it's quite cumbersome to clean. Awkward design. Filter door needs to open a full 180 or come off to allow for easier access for cleaning.
