The best product and easy to use
Works great. Does a great job filtering the oil and helping keep the fryers clean, in-turn, the quality and life of the oil is prolonged and the flavor of the food is maintained. Only complaint, and it's a relatively big one, it's quite cumbersome to clean. Awkward design. Filter door needs to open a full 180° or come off to allow for easier access for cleaning.

Just used it for the first time was surprised by the ease of operation and the amount of flour it pulled from the oil
