Basically, they sold me a lemon. I bought a used car from them (100k miles) and it started having cooling problems after only 2 months of driving (ie 1 month after end of warranty). I had to change the bulk of the cooling system, plus other things, circa $4k at another garage (would have been $7+k at Viti). I blame myself for being so stupid and buying a used car from Viti.
