At the beginning of mediation I mentioned my single sticking point to which I could not compromise. I stated that I won't agree to my divorce agreement allowing my toddler children to have overnight sleep overs at the relative of a known child sex offender. Suddenly became very obvious that guy vitetta was not a neutral party in the mediation of my case. It seemed that my soon to be ex spouse had two lawyers working in their behalf . Their original lawyer and now guy vitetta who seemed very instrumental using scare tactics such as telling me how terrible the family court judges are in dorchester County and how unfair they treated people in case's such as mine. Going on to name judges names and laughing while stating that I definitely didn't want my divorce case to go to court. ... read more
May work for solo representation but if you’re looking for mediation, not your guy! Horrible communication and misinformation.
