With regards to service, I have no complaint. They are nice and very accommodating. HOWEVER, in terms of the individual products effectivity - that’s what I am most concerned about. My clients have told me they have developed pimples and some even had boil in their faces. This is really scary. That said, I had to stop selling the products. Take note: I was provided with a instruction on how to use it, I had it on a paper so I also printed those out and gave away to my clients. So far really good customer service. Have been in touch with Tiffany for over a year. I will be launching my first product with Vitelle in the coming months but she has been helpful in answering questions. I had a chance to test their HA serum and so far it's the best compared to other places. They look legit and have lots of certs so that will help.
