This company is run absolutely backwards. None of their staff knows who's doing what. Their training is a joke. They fudge shipping address to get around regulations. They have staff sitting in an open area as a call center. Packaging staff are required to help receiving stock shelves. They have a shipping person that literally doesn't even collect the orders. Then you have random staff with a tray table and lap top like their important off in random corners of the warehouse lmao I am not shocked orders are messed up becaus... read more
I love this company! Good supply and great customer service! Sometimes they add a little extra sample with your order so you can try something new, which I really like! I recently had a small error in my order, and they corrected it immediately and with kindness. Highly recommend. Also really quick shipment. I usually get it the next day or within the next two days.!

I got a response a few days later of an apology that their warehouse made a mistake and that they would send my other missing item with Expedited shipping...I got it really quickly but guess what ...it wasn't what I ordered, not even close (2 magnesium... read more
