The company’s representative recommended parts for my water filtration system that were the wrong size. I paid over $30 in shipping costs and then they charged me a 15% Restocking fee when I returned them.
I’ve had my MetalMaster, PureMaster, and FlourideMaster for about a year and a half. Amazing water. And HardnessMaster works incredibly well. I have no calcium build up anywhere. I ensure my water bottles are filled with my water before ever leaving the house
Shower filter has consistently started each shower with black dust for over a year. I emailed the company twice, no response. I called once, no returned phone call. I'm giving the review 2 stars given 1) the shower head helped with pressure and 2) when the black carbon finally clears after a few seconds, the water felt clean and vibrant.
The best by far especially for the money. Blows away the competition. We moved and got another whole house filter system from Vitasalus so we can filter out all the poisons they add to our water including fluoride.
