The nurse that came out was great, however after my grandmother died they did not show up to get her body due to “bad weather” as if we could control their being snow on the ground. Allowed my grandmothers body to sit in the house for 6 hours after she passed and they could not explain what happened and why they didn’t get her in a timely manner.

I called the number orivuded seeking palliative care for my mother who was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. The person who I initially spoke to was very rude. She talked all over me and then transferred me to another line in the middle of our conversation. This is a very difficult time for me and I'm certain that other people seeking your services is in the same position.
