Para mí lo peor que e podido experimentar con esta compañía es que cuando el pariente se enferma ellos se creen que son dueños del pasiente y no te dejan darle comida y le quitan los medicamentos y empiezan con sus dosis de morfinas
We have no complaints, nurses were very nice and concerned about him to be comfortable. I thank them for helping me and my family on this difficult time that my dad was going through. His last days of his life were not easy. We are thankful for having a place that provides thus types of services. Letty Poe & Judith
If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. The only positive - the chaplain is amazing. If you can avoid coming here - please do NOT bring your loved one here. The nurses and Dr were horrible. My dad wet himself and they didn’t even clean it up. He suffered so much his last day on earth and I fought with nurses to give him pain meds. I asked to have them call the dr and they refused. When I went up to the desk they were all talking about us. I wish I would have known I could have transferred him to AVOW! The horrible images... read more
When I have the words, I will properly express my infinite gratitude, respect and extraordinary praises for the commendable staff at VITAS hospice. So I will expand on this. My amazing father passed away there this morning. Without the overnight staff ( Ola maybe and one with beautiful long hair) with me this morning I just can't imagine how I would have coped. Miss Tonia in the daytime went above and beyond for my father and surprisingly me! These angels that work there are surely securing a palace in heaven for their wonde... read more
