Great place to work.
Although the staff seems fairly pleasant, the level of care provided is almost unacceptable. They only show up to administer medication when necessary. You would expect them to check in periodically, but that doesn’t seem to happen maybe also ask if the patient needs any adjustment or movement.
AVOID THIS PLACE. If I could give 0 stars I would. The reality was my mom was dying in the hospital and hospice was recommended. Hospice is for the dying. Vitas was on the 5th floor of the hospital so I thought it would be the easiest to move her there instead of Trustbridge which would have required more to transfer her, but still doable. I wish that's what I would have done. I can't change my decision but I hope I can stop someone else from making the decision based on convenience.
