I wish I could give them 10 STARS! From the minute we requested their services, the Vitas team went above and beyond to help our family. They delivered our equipment and supplies within 2 hours and had the care team set up and ready for us before my grandmother arrived home. The nurses and staff were the most compassionate people and made this difficult time so much easier. We would recommend their care for anyone who needs help in Lake county!

I so much appreciate all the staff, nurses , social workers, chaplain and everyone I interacted with from Vitas Mount Dora. Tonya made the transition to the Eustis area efficient. The nurses Marianne, Victoria and all the others ,we dealt with, are all professional, compassionate, and all round excellent nurses. The communication within this office is to be commended. Thank each of you for making this difficult time easier! Thank you again!!!

I am a former employee. My honest opinion, this company is outstanding. We were constantly updated to give the best care possible. At times it is a difficult situation, but there is always support. The training is outstanding.

There newer supervisor needs to go, rude, doesn't call back, told me they would transport my dad from hospital to home, took over 2 hours and he's a double amputee. The staff is pleasant but doesn't always know what's going on. They care for my Dad on a good basis, but needs to get the do need to get there supervisor fired.

We called and requested services ASAP as things were changing quickly. Vitas came out immediately, had the equipment ordered and my mother in law comfortable. Excellent service and compassionate care. Thank you so much.
