I visited Jake during an extremely stressful period in my life. I was dealing with recently diagnosed health issues, but what was really tipping me over the edge was notification that my wife was going to be deported. Jake was a generous listener and had many practical suggestions that helped immensely in reducing my anxiety. As a bonus he has a amazingly well behaved mini labor-doodle to welcome you to each session :):)
