Spent 20 minutes in there today. Over 15 minutes of that was the clerk trying to ring up my purchase. Clerk was on the phone, being talked through how to run the register. Very disappointed in service.
I went in there and was browsing the products. I thought someone was going to come out and help me but i guess no one was working to busy watching or listening to music in the back room.
Great customer service and large selection!
