This cond is very, very nice and spacious. Stayed for a week (bike week) and had 0 problems. The beach access is fantastic. I didn't use the pools but they were kept up and cleaned every day. Other tenants were in them. Easy access to business 17. Damon's restaurant is excellent. I will definitely be coming back.

From booking to check out, Todd was exceptional with communication. Any questions I had were answered with a quick response and instructions were clear on renting condo HS-207. The parking garage was an added bonus and my husband and I were able to park close to the entrance of the condo with ease. Upon our arrival, the condo was very clean, neat and inviting. This condo checked all my boxes for a vacation condo. It was super clean, beautiful views from the bedroom and living room, location, as close to the beach as you’re going to get , convenience parking, attractive, and a washer and dryer. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, well stocked with essentials to get you started, a vacuum cleaner to keep the floors clean , extra bedding , plenty of towels , and a well equipped kitchen. The host (Todd) was fantastic. He answered all of my questions quickly, provided clear check in / out instructions. The place was great! Amazing ocean view! The only thing that I didn’t like was the musty smell and vents needed a good cleaning. I could tell the unit had some updates made, the furniture is extremely outdated, once replaced this place will be amazing! Overall great stay and we will be back.

Room was very clean and spacious. Great views and close to everything. Well stocked with towels and the washer and dryer are always a plus. Host kept in contact to make sure everything was okay. Only thing that could make it better is if they had a TV channel guide. If you're from out of town or use a different provider you have to scan all channels to find network. We will definitely be back again.
