Mallory was great! She was extremely professional and made the whole session very comfortable. I highly recommend Mallory for any wax and pampering services!
I booked an appointment for my eyebrows. Obviously she’s an esthetician so a professional I would think, but she ruined my eyebrows. She left them super thin and uneven. As if that wasn’t enough she took an hour to wax basically all my eyebrows off. Please don’t come here if your eyebrows are important to you.
As a new customer, I felt very comfortable during the process. She was very professional and welcoming. She was asking very professional questions; such as….Is the temperature alright? Have you gotten this service before? Do you have any allergies or have reacted to the wax before? I will definitely be going back!
