After a bad food poisoning incident, I was left with a lot of stomach problems and diarrhea. It was stressful to leave the house and I couldn't eat out because it would trigger a bad reaction. I had to take immodium everyday. After working with Brenda for 4 months, my bowel movements are back to normal and I don't even need immodium anymore. She was fantastic to work with and you can tell she really cares. Thank you Brenda!
Brenda is truly an expert in treating acne. When I found her last year I was desperate and I hated my skin. Brenda talks about getting to the root cause of skin issues and she used chinese medicine to analyze my body type and rebalance my body. After a few months of following the diet she gave me, my skin has never looked better! I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with acne.
