Dr. Garrett was on time and very personable. He explained everything thoroughly and promptly performed the procedure. I scarcely knew he was working on my toe (excellent anesthesia). Later, when I got home I had no discomfort. Changing the dressing was easy and he gave good instructions. I would be happy to return for similar procedures on other toes.
I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Garrett & his team. From the first visit, to the surgery, to the post opp...they made me feel like I was their only patient. I highly recommend Dr. Garrett.
Because she's good about making sure that I fully understand everything about whatever I'm there for and she always ask questions about how I am, mainly being concerned as a person as well as my doctor
Dr. Garrett provided me with simple, easy to follow steps to help me ease my tendonitis. I have the tools now to avoid future injury and repair current one.
Carolyn Scott MD is a very good doctor. She is very thorough and takes time to explain everything to her patients. I absolutely love talking to her and I am so happy she is my doctor.
I have had 2 separate surgeries with Dr. Garrett—multiple metatarsal fractures left, and flat foot/bunion correction with tendon transfer right. He explained everything, using my X rays, before and after both surgeries. Post op care was excellent; my pain was addressed, my healing and therapy monitored. His staff are friendly and competent. Wait time was minimal and office visits handled efficiently. I could not have asked for better care.
This office lies on you and wears their feelings on their sleeves. They put incorrect information in your charts and put lies in your charts without any real proof or consult with you. They also never returns calls and completely ignores your wants as a patient. I have asked to speak to the main manager of the facility and was denied. He takes time to explain everything. You never feel rushed. His office does an outstanding job of scheduling procedures and surgery. His follow up is through and always curtious. Highly recommend
Directions from receptionists made me late, if l walked l would be on time, (oh no she said!) got back in my car while still on phone to this receptionist drove to the “other” parking garage, the doctor over booked, told me to reschedule, refused me a letter for work! Good to know now then while in surgery, right?
