I called both numbers for this office and honestly, the level of laziness and incompetence from the front desk staff was shocking. I asked a basic question: do you take Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO? Instead of actually checking, the immediate answer was NO. I then called the OC location and spoke to Denise, who also sounded annoyed that she even had to do her job. We highly recommend West Coast Fertility. They have been so professional, responsive, and patient throughout this process. Kushnir is the most entitled and irresponsible doctor I’ve ever worked with for IVF.
I started coming to Dr. Kushnir 1 year ago. Since then, I’ve had 2 polypectomy procedures performed by Dr. Kushnir, 1 round of IUI, and 1 IVF cycle. I am now 6 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby and it’s all thanks to him. Dr. Kushnir and his nurses have been so great with accommodating my questions and needs. If you’re wanting to start a family, don’t hesitate to set up a consultation with Dr. Kushnir!
