We came to this clinic for a preventative annual check-up, during which I requested a referral to a dermatologist for my daughter’s acne. Instead of providing a referral, the clinic recommended their own Medspa service and offered a microneedling treatment for $350. I have recently used their Services for Immigration purposes and it went smoothly as it could been. They took a blood sample to test the antibodies I already have so I did not have to take any shot I was not supposed to. The lady at front desk was beyond nice and helpful to us.
Insurance scammers! Don’t go here. Dr. Shyam cannot answer simple questions about my health. She wants to wait until after I get my lab results so they can bill my insurance. A month afterwards she never calls me back to cover my abnormal results and doesn’t send refills even though I saw her for a wellness exam. Watch out for multi-year service charges. You read that right. I just received a bill from two years ago. The office is passing the buck to the insurance company, but this is unacceptable.
