In last 6 months i had to come back 3 times, because they do not have Glutathione in stock. In 2026 it looks like a joker kind of management. I buy 8 treatment at a time upfront, so money should not be issue for them. They buy it from Olympia pharmacy who deliver either same day or next day. There is no shortage of Glutathione. Why they can't keep it in stock. This is total micromanagement and waste of our time. Please avoid it if there is no improvement. Ankit Patel
Visit to new independence parkway location. Staff requested I buy another enhancement package. After researching my bank account realized I had enhancements left. Staff researched and corrected the mistake. Visit to winter park location. Back street location not like previous location with parking lot. Staff at our visit said apologies no gauze to cover injection site and no bottled water on hand. Today’s visit July 13 was my last. No bags available at 10 am. Lauren is my go to girl nurse she is the BEST. Has done almost every one of my B12 shots and my bags and does an amazing job everytime. I have noticed a huge difference since taking the B12 shots.
