A clean establishment, with a communicative front desk attendant, and a comfortable treatment area which included reclining chairs and blankets. A special gratitude to our nurse Ashley, who was everything you’d want in a nurse: personable, kind, relatable, helpful, observant, and comforting.
Natalie got me on the first go didn't even feel it. Customer service is awesome. Recommend this location 100%.
Great experience! I have been sick most of February and a work colleague recommended I get a vitamin IV drip. I came to the winter garden location off of new independence parkway. I haven’t been to vitalounge in a long time, but Hannah and Brit assisted me in figuring out what IV drip I needed in order to feel better. 10/10 would recommend!
