Not a good experience. One price over the phone and $50 more when we got to lounge(took them 4 phone calls to answer phone during business hours). The lady was very smug when I asked why the price went from $150 to $200. She knew all the details upfront. Anyway, plenty of options and will not go back.
I placed an order in the store for in-home treatments on 4/26/26. I was told to expect delivery in about 3 days but I never received the shipment. On 5/1/26 they assured me that my delivery would come on 5/5/26 and they apologized for the inconvenience. I didn't receive the delivery then either. I called again and they said my delivery would come on 5/14/26 and it never did. Each time I asked them to provide tracking information and they claim they cannot provide it. Z and Lauren are the best. It was my first experience after hearing about it from several friends and they made my experience worth it. I will definitely be back.
Great place for health-boosting IVs. I’ve been here several times but today’s visit was great because nurse Lauren was extremely attentive and gentle. Leilani at the front was very warm and welcoming too!
