My experience with Ayurvedic Treatments was unlike anything I could have expected or even hoped for. I did the Kama combination with the ayurvedic massage and the blissful mind and I CAN’T BELIEVE how relaxed I feel. I feel like I got the best night of sleep I’ve ever had. Highly recommend VitalLiving. Cute studio, professional and personable therapist, and OMG Ayurvedic treatments…two thumbs up.
I was very unaware of the Ayurveda massage, knowing nothing I had questions about the treatment. Valerie was awesome in explaining how the treatment was different then other types of like swedish massage and how she would be focused on my lymphatic system. I was amazed how different I felt after my two treatments. I would highly recommend this massage to ANYONE! Im going to be booking an appointment for my husband soon. I will never go back to "regular" massages ever again.
