Very poor customer service, just read back through some emails from an order back in 2020. Would never use these guys again. Aus post lost the order and their response was ‘bad luck’ ‘order another one’.

The team have been fantastic from the beginning. The reception staff are very kind, thoughtful, professional and supportive with a great understanding of so many things. Greg has been my life saver. Working patiently, collaboratively, kindly and supportive we even have a laugh too. Greg’s knowledge just blows my mind away and the connections of our body to our health extraordinary.
