Our experience with this practice has added to our anxiety and depression. If you fill an appointment that is fine but DO NOT seek empathy or even kindness if you genuinely need to cancel. It’s difficult to connect with psychologist when they don’t stay long. Be wary of their 48 hours notice policy; most PROFESSIONALS are 24 hours. They charged my account the day before my appointment. Disappointed and disheartened, this is supposed to be a mental health provider not the cause of mental distress.

We have stuggled to find a psychologist or even a clinc we've been happy with till we found Vitality Unleashed. Ashley and the team have always been amazing and very profesional. Highly recommend these guys

Nothing is ever asking too much and they go above and beyond to help however they possibly can.
